AICraft provides API services billed on a subscription and/or usage basis. We stand behind our Service quality.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period starts. You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges, but current period fees will not be refunded.

Pre-purchased token credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if unused. Email contact@aicraftapi.com for refund requests.

In the event of significant service disruption (>99.5% uptime breach in a month), you may request a credit or refund within 7 days. Reviewed case-by-case.

Email contact@aicraftapi.com with your account email, transaction reference, and reason. We will respond within 5 business days.

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, your account may be suspended pending investigation. Please contact us first to resolve billing issues.
